目的:用HPLC法建立枇杷花的化学指纹图谱,为枇杷花的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法,以1%醋酸和甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在315nm波长下,以槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷为参照物,建立枇杷花指纹图谱。结果:测定枇杷花样品11批,标定出共有峰13个,其指纹图谱的相似度均在0.9以上(0.900~0.983),稳定性、精密度和重复性试验,RSD均小于3%;用槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷标准品做标准曲线,r=0.9999;加样平均回收率99.87%,RSD为0.93%。结论:该方法快速、准确、重现性好且精密度好,为枇杷花的质量控制提供了实验依据。
Objective: To establish the chemical fingerprint of loquat flower by HPLC and provide the basis for the quality control of loquat flower. Methods: The fingerprint of loquat flower was established by HPLC with gradient elution of 1% acetic acid and methanol as the mobile phase at 315 nm with reference to quercetin -3-O-β-D-galactoside . Results: 11 batches of eriobotrya japonica samples were screened and 13 common peaks were identified. The fingerprints of the samples were all over 0.9 (0.900-0.983). The stability, precision and repeatability of RSD were all less than 3% The standard curve of the sample of verapamil-3-O-β-D-galactoside was r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.87% and the RSD was 0.93%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate, reproducible and accurate. It provides an experimental basis for the quality control of loquat flower.
