将采自渭北烟田的黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)分离纯化后,制备抗血清并建立了双抗体夹心式酶联免疫检测方法(DAS-ELISA),同时对其各项指标作了合理选择,结果发现最适包被和酶标抗体的质量浓度均为0.625mg·L-1.用此方法测定表明,在渭北烟区越冬油菜是CMV的主要越冬寄主;CMV侵染烟草所引起的花叶病约占64.3%.
