研制了一种铝合金熔体净化新型熔剂JDN-I。分析了该熔剂发生作用的机理,实验结果表明,同无熔剂覆盖相比,通过发生一系列的物理和化学反应,JDN-I熔剂可使 A356和 Al99.9熔体在 720℃时的含氢量分别由 0.30 mL/100gAl下降到0.09mL/100gAl和从0.25mL/100gAlg下降到0.14mL/100gAl,而在700℃时的含氢气量分别由0.18mL/l00gAl下降到0.08mL/100gAl和从0.19mL/100gAl下降到0.12mL/100gAl,除气效果显著。
Developed a new flux JDN-I aluminum melt purification. The mechanism of action of the flux was analyzed.
