目的建立急性农药中毒样品中中毒因子的快速检测方法,为医院进行医疗救治提供可靠依据。方法先用食品安全快速检测法对众多送检样品进行初筛,阳性样品再用气相色谱-质谱联用法进行定性、半定量检测,确定出具体中毒因子及浓度。结果通过对样品质谱图谱分析确定出未知化合物为灭多威农药,且4份阳性样品中灭多威的含量为58.2~876.1 mg/kg,均远大于国家规定的食品限量值2.0 mg/kg,可确定灭多威为中毒因子。结论本方法原理可靠,样品处理与检测时间周期短,检测结果的准确度高,适用于突发性农药食物中毒因子的检测。
Objective To establish a rapid detection method of poisoning factor in acute pesticide poisoning samples and provide a reliable basis for medical treatment in hospitals. Methods The rapid screening of food safety testing of many samples submitted for the first screening, positive samples and then gas chromatography - mass spectrometry qualitative and semi-quantitative detection to determine the specific poisoning factor and concentration. Results The unidentified compounds were determined to be methomyl pesticides by mass spectrum analysis of the samples, and the contents of methomyl in the four positive samples were 58.2-876.1 mg / kg, both of which were much larger than the 2.0 mg / kg of food specified by the state. To determine methomyl poisoning factor. Conclusion The method is reliable, the sample processing and testing time is short, and the test results are of high accuracy. It is suitable for the detection of food poisoning agents in sudden pesticides.
