提出了一种广泛应用于DC-DC、AC-DC变换器的隔离反馈发生器系统电路。采用高增益大带宽的运放、高精度的基准电压源、高频率的内部振荡电路以及驱动与调制电路,实现了一个可靠性高和抗辐照能力强的隔离反馈发生器。基于40 V高压0.5μm双极工艺,对提出的隔离反馈发生器电路进行仿真验证。结果表明,该电路稳定性高、动态响应快、驱动能力强,有很好的实用价值。
An isolated feedback generator system circuit is proposed, which is widely used in DC-DC and AC-DC converters. High-gain, high-bandwidth op amps, high-precision voltage references, high-frequency internal oscillator circuits, and driver and modulation circuits enable a highly reliable and radiation-immune isolated feedback generator. Based on the 40 V high voltage 0.5μm bipolar process, the proposed isolated feedback generator circuit is simulated. The results show that the circuit has high stability, fast dynamic response, strong driving ability and good practical value.
