针对城镇应急资源配送速度慢与交通组织通达性不通畅的问题,以暴雨灾害为背景,提出一种城镇应急资源储备点快速选取和布局优化的方法。该方法以武汉市洪山区为实例,首先从确定的暴雨灾害影响下应急资源储备点选址的6个基本条件中筛选出研究区域中8个合适的应急资源储备点;然后运用弗洛依德算法计算由储备点出发的配送路径,以总路径距离最短为目标,得到这8个储备点当个数不同时其位置分布的关系。分析表明:增加储备点个数会减少配送路径总长度并提高配送效率,但当储备点超过5个后,增加储备点个数的意义已不明显,5是该区域的最佳储备点个数;该结论也适用于其他城市背景。
Aiming at the problem of slow distribution of emergency resources in cities and poor accessibility of traffic organization, a method of rapid selection and layout optimization of urban emergency resources reserve is put forward in the background of storm disaster. This method takes Hongshan District of Wuhan as an example. Firstly, we select eight suitable emergency resource reserve points in the study area from six basic conditions of emergency resource reserve location under the influence of the determined storm disaster. Then, The algorithm calculates the distribution path starting from the reserve point and takes the shortest total path distance as the target, and obtains the relationship of the distribution of the eight reserve points when the number is different. The analysis shows that increasing the number of reserve points will reduce the total length of delivery route and improve the delivery efficiency. However, when there are more than 5 reserve points, it is not obvious to increase the number of reserve points. 5 is the optimal reserve point number in this area This conclusion also applies to other urban contexts.
