对HBV表面抗原（HBsAg）决定簇异质性的研究可将HBV分为9个不同的亚型，而基于全核苷酸序列比较可分成7种不同的基因型A—G。对长春市HBVDNA阳性的慢性肝病，212例进行血清HBV基因型的检测与分析，结果报告如下。
