目的对种植体支抗在错畸形正畸中的应用效果及其稳定性进行探讨。方法选择我院口腔科收治的2011年1月-2013年10月需要正畸的错畸形患者98例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例,对照组给予常规治疗,然后行一般正畸支抗治疗,后定期复诊。治疗组常规治疗同对照组,然后给予种植体支抗治疗。术后口服抗生素,每月复诊,9个月后取出。观察两组中切牙倾角差、磨牙移位、上中切牙凸距差等。对比两组疗效及稳定性。结果治疗组中切牙倾角差、磨牙移位、上中切牙凸距差[(28.64±5.46)度、(3.38±0.17)mm、(4.32±1.28)mm]与对照组[(12.04±3.26)度、(6.00±0.37)mm、(2.41±1.14)mm]比较差异均有统计学意义(t=18.273、45.041、7.800,均P<0.05)。治疗组显效率、总有效率(65.31%、100.00%)均高于对照组(32.65%、81.63%),比较差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=10.453、7.830,均P<0.05)。对照组未见脱落。治疗组有2例因种植体偏离方向,患者疼痛难忍,重新改变方向后植入,复查未见松动。结论在错畸形正畸中采用种植体支抗效果优于常规治疗,且稳定性良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect and stability of implant anchorage in malocclusion orthodontics. Methods A total of 98 malocclusion malformation patients who needed orthodontics from January 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases), and control group Abnormal support treatment, after a regular referral. Results Compared with the control group [(12.04 ± 3.26) mm] and the control group [(28.64 ± 5.46) degrees, (3.38 ± 0.17) mm, (4.32 ± 1.28) mm] ), (6.00 ± 0.37) mm, (2.41 ± 1.14) mm respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (t = 18.273,45.041, 7.800, all P <0.05). The total effective rate (65.31%, 100.00%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (32.65%, 81.63%). There were significant differences between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 10.453, 7.830, all P <0.05). No loss of control group. There were 2 cases of treatment group deviated from the direction of the implant, patients with unbearable pain, re-change the direction of implantation, the review showed no loosening. Conclusion Implant orthodontics orthodontics in the use of implant support superior to conventional treatment, and good stability, it is worthy of clinical application.
