From April 1 to November 11, 1982 and from January 18 to January 26, 1982, I conducted academic visits and business talks at the East Asian Department of Language and Culture at the University of Chicago in the United States. In the meantime, more time was immersed in the rich and varied Han and Han dynasties in the East Asian Book Department of the University Library, as well as in ancient books in North Korea and India. In order to keep the “Ancient Chinese Opera Series,” which continues to be the unprovoked achievement of Zheng Xidi (Zhen Duo), as far as possible, it is necessary to complete the aspiration of Zheng and the deceased He Qifang to edit the ancient novel series “ Therefore, during the period of reading, the Chinese classical operas and novels with a special focus on the Ministry were greatly rewarded. In the future, if these two kinds of ”series" can be compiled into a publication, the rare books they contain will not only be hidden in the territory, but also be as rare as those scattered overseas.
