2000年6月7日,王国发副省长在全省军队转业干部安置工作会议上讲话,强调要圆满完成今年军队转业干部安置任务。首先,要落实好中央确定的各项政策。为了做好裁减军队员额50万的军转安置工作,中共中央1998年下发了中办发[1998]7号文件,去年下发了15号文件,今年针对新情况,又下发了10号文件。这三个文件是我们做好裁军期间转业干部安置工作的基本依据和重要保证。各地各部门要认真学习领会中央文件精神,从维护中央政令畅通和国家安全与稳定的高度来严肃认真的贯彻执行中央确定的各项安置政策,结合本地区本单位的实际,扎扎实实地
