辽春10号是辽宁省农业科学院培育的小麦新品种。该品种春性强,极早熟,生育期75天左右,比铁春1号早熟5天,在沈阳6月底可成熟。株高85厘米,分蘖少。穗纺锤形,有小穗14—15个,长芒、白壳、红粒,粒大而饱满,干粒重38—40克。高抗秆锈病,轻感叶锈病和白粉病。耐干热风,较抗倒伏。穗口稍松。品质特好,其面粉主要指标均超过优质小麦的标准。籽粒含粗蛋白17.24％,含湿面筋37.4％,沉淀值为46.5毫升,面包评分为91分,可用来生产强力粉。与国内小麦优质品种比较,各项指标均居上等。 Liao Chun 10 is a new breed of wheat cultivated by Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
