“削管法”——男性绝育手术新法

目前,计划生育一般采用的都是女性输卵管结扎绝育,但男性输精管结扎绝育也是一项不可缺少的计育措施。男性输精管结扎绝育的受术者最担心的就是手术后遗症,国际医学界已摸索出了多种男性结扎绝育法,如“输精管两端结扎、中间剪断法”,“输精管两端结扎、中间剪断一厘米法”等。这几种方法固然很好,但是仍有极少数受术者,手术后出现了后遗症,如“痛性结节”、“睾丸阏积”、“睾丸萎缩”等。针对男性结扎绝育手术后遗症问题,笔者二十多年前就开始了男性“削管法”绝育手术的研究,根据中医理论和人体解剖理论,成功地运用输精管管腔远端结扎关闭管腔,近端半月型开放,让输精管管腔呈半月型缺损,肌层组织造成完全性阻塞,阻碍精子通过达到绝育目的。 At present, female tubal ligation sterilization is commonly used in family planning, but male vasectomy is also an indispensable measure of childbirth. For male sequelae of sterilization and sequelae problems, the author began more than 20 years ago, male “tube method” sterilization surgery research, according to Chinese medicine theory and human anatomy theory, the successful use of vas deferens distal ligation to close the lumen, near Side of the open half-moon, so that the vas deferens lumen was a half-moon defect, muscle tissue caused by complete obstruction, hinder the purpose of sperm through sterilization.
