20年代80年代以来,我国对原有的社会保障制度进行改革,并在总结经验和借鉴国外的成功做法的基础上,确立了建立多层次养老保障制度的目标。企业年金作为我国社会保障制度的重要组成部分,一直都处在探索阶段。本文通过对安徽省部分大中型企业的调查研究,分析了我国当前建立企业年金制度存在的问题,并提出了一些建议,希望能进一步促进社会保障制度的改革。
Since the 1980s, our country has reformed the original social security system and established the goal of establishing a multi-level old-age security system on the basis of summing up experiences and drawing lessons from successful practices abroad. As an important part of China’s social security system, enterprise annuity has always been in the exploratory stage. Based on the investigation of some large and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, this paper analyzes the existing problems in establishing the enterprise annuity system in our country and puts forward some suggestions in the hope of further promoting the reform of the social security system.
