在实施九年义务教育后,所有的小学毕业生都无条件地升入初中学习,由于学生个体差异、初中教材内容的加深教学要求的提高、学习方法的改变、外界因素的干扰等多方面的原因。学生两极分化的现象特别严重。在数学方面尤为突出。优生在不断减少,后进生在逐渐增多,而且队伍越来越庞大。如果教师不及时引导,定会导致一系列不良后果。面对这样的学生,我们教师肩上的担子很重,因此对后进生的转化是问题的关键。本人就结合几年来的教学经验谈谈自己的一些看法。

In the face of such students, our teachers have a heavy burden on their shoulders, so the transformation of backward students is the crux of the problem. I will talk about some of my own views based on years of teaching experience.
