目的了解近8年来本地区孕产妇死亡的变化趋势,寻求引起孕产妇死亡的高发因素,为制定相应的干预措施提供科学依据。方法对2001年～2008年越秀区所有孕产妇死亡的上报资料和设产科医院的活产资料进行审查、核实后,重新汇总、统计并分析。结果8年的孕产妇死亡率平均为56.31/10万,以外地流动人口及转诊孕产妇死亡为主(占87.93%),导致孕产妇死亡的主要原因前五顺位依次为妊娠高血压疾病、妊娠合并风湿性心脏病、妊娠合并神经系统疾病、妊娠合并恶性肿瘤及妊娠合并肺部疾病。结论降低孕产妇死亡率应从提高自我保健意识着手,提高基层医院对危重孕产妇的抢救能力,严格执行危重孕产妇的三级转诊制度。
Objective To understand the trend of maternal death in this area in the recent 8 years and to find out the high incidence of maternal mortality and to provide a scientific basis for formulating the corresponding interventions. Methods The data of all the maternal deaths reported in Yuexiu District between 2001 and 2008 and the live births data of the obstetrics and gynecology hospital were examined and verified. After that, the data were reassembled, statistically analyzed and analyzed. Results The average maternal mortality rate was 56.31 / lakh in 8 years. The main cause of maternal death was migrant population and referral maternal death (87.93%). The first five maternal causes followed by pregnancy-induced hypertension , Pregnancy complicated with rheumatic heart disease, pregnancy with neurological diseases, pregnancy with malignant tumor and pregnancy with pulmonary disease. Conclusions To reduce the maternal mortality rate, we should start from raising the awareness of self-care, improve the rescue ability of grass-roots hospitals for critically ill pregnant women, and strictly implement the three-level referral system of critically ill pregnant women.
