建立了不同波瓣数的某涡扇发动机波瓣混合排气系统的几何模型和数值计算模型,通过三维数值模拟研究,得到了在波瓣强迫混合排气中不同波瓣数对波瓣混合器流场、热混合效率和总压恢复系数的影响规律.结果表明:在波瓣数8~24范围内,在波瓣尾缘处,流向涡无量纲平均涡量随波瓣数的增加而增大;在混合排气系统出口截面处,热混合效率随波瓣数的增加而减小,总压恢复系数随波瓣数的增加先增大后减小再增大.
The geometrical model and numerical calculation model of a hybrid exhaust system of a turbofan engine with different number of lobes are established. The three-dimensional numerical simulation results show that the number of different lobes in the forced exhaust of the lobe is more than that of the lobe mixer Flow field, heat mixing efficiency and total pressure recovery coefficient.The results show that the dimensionless mean vorticity of the flow vortex increases with the increase of the number of lobes At the exit section of the hybrid exhaust system, the efficiency of thermal mixing decreases with the increase of the number of lobes. The total pressure recovery coefficient first increases, then decreases and then increases with the increase of the number of lobes.
