报告8例转移性睾丸癌病人行联合化疗的结果,7例获完全缓解,1例部分缓解。1例死亡,7例随访12～98个月（平均52个月）仍健康存活。表明转移性睾丸癌可以通过化疗治愈;有大块转移灶者必须结合手术切除残余癌块,然后行补救性化疗。并对化疗的适应证、影响化疗效果的因素和并发症的预防等进行讨论。
The results of combined chemotherapy for 8 patients with metastatic testicular cancer were reported. Complete remission was achieved in 7 patients and partial remission in 1 patient. One patient died. Seven patients were followed up for 12 to 98 months (mean, 52 months). It shows that metastatic testicular cancer can be cured by chemotherapy; those with large metastases must be combined with surgical removal of residual cancerous mass, followed by salvage chemotherapy. The discussion of the indications of chemotherapy, the factors influencing the effect of chemotherapy and the prevention of complications were discussed.
