都说海水取之不竭,但要让海水为人所用绝非易事。海水淡化技术一直被视为拧开“海洋水龙头的不二法门”。缺水城市天津的海水淡化与利用水平在全国领先,已逐渐成为我国海水淡化关键技术的研发中心和装备制造基地。国家海洋局天津海水淡化与综合利用研究所,更是海水淡化研发一线阵容里的一员“大将”。8月29日,《环境与生活》记者就有关我国海水淡化的发展,采访了该所的总工程师阮国岭。
