按照企业价值链来分析,中国企业和外国企业从销、产、研来比较,国外企业的比较优势是知识产权和核心技术的创新;而中国企业比较明显的优势是在中国市场的服务网络、营销网络,以及我们低成本的生产能力,还有本地化价值的创新。本地化加上创新,这是中国企业要超越国际大公司应该掌握的两把利剑。中国企业对中国市场、中国的消费者有深入的理解,针对本地的消费,中国企业可能做得比国外企业要好。
