家畜粪尿的堆肥化处理技术研究Ⅰ通气温度及搅翻次数的调节

以牛粪为原料进行了家畜粪尿堆肥化处理中的通气量、通气温度和搅翻次数等的研究,以利于提出家畜粪尿堆肥化处理的最优化技术体系.研究结果表明,适当提高堆肥通气温度,并依堆肥原料的分解特性来调节通气量,应用中以排气中CO2体积浓度为堆制参数来调控通气量,可以提高发酵槽内温度,减少堆肥水分含量,促进有机物分解和提高堆肥发酵效果.同时为了省工节能和减少堆肥过程中热量损失,以每周进行一次搅翻为宜.
