依据我国高等教育新时期分类指导的基本思想,针对应用型本科教育的两个基本问题,厘清了应用型本科教育与学术型本科教育以及高职高专教育的区剐,提出了“五个注重、三个对接”的培养理念、“多主体参与、倒推法路线、一体化设计”的培养方案和“多元协同、项目载体、多维评价”的培养模式,为应用型本科教育发展提供了导向.
