In many milling plane work, a non-abrasive blade does not replace a welded blade because it is difficult to guarantee a stable machined surface finish. The problem was solved by the British Society of Production Engineering Research (PERA), a versatile face milling cutter that uses a large arc curved edge cutting blade and a roughly conventional rough cutting blade. The basic structure of the milling cutter body can be installed negative or positive angle of the blade. Has a larger chip space, debris can be blocked. This versatile milling cutter design was modified to meet the rigorous machining requirements of some cast iron parts such as cylinder blocks and cylinder heads. Both types of milling cutters are now said to have been used industrially more effectively, saving significant costs and time for milling.
