合成了一种位阻酚类润滑油添加剂2,5-二(4-甲基-2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)-噻二唑(BTMTD),使用热重分析仪对其热稳定性能进行表征,结果表明,该化合物具有远高于常用酚类添加剂的分解温度,具有较高的热稳定性;利用四球机评价了该化合物在加氢油中的摩擦学性能,结果显示,该化合物拥有很好的抗磨性能、极压性能,能够有效提高基础油的抗磨损性能,是一类性能优良的加氢油极压抗磨添加剂;利用差热扫描(PDSC)和旋转氧弹评价了其抗氧化性能,结果显示,该添加剂的旋转氧弹诱导期是基础油的20倍左右,大大优于常用的无灰抗氧剂。
