目的:探讨改良护士长例会模式后对提高护士长护理管理能力和管理效能的效果分析。方法:自2013年8月以来,我院改良了传统的护士长例会模式,改变了会议的形式、增加了参会人员、扩充了会议的内容等多项举措。结果:改良护士长例会模式后,护士长的护理管理效能和管理能力、护理信息量、护士的教学能力以及科室之间的协调沟通都有了改善。结论:改良护士长例会模式后有效提高了护士长的综合管理能力,护理质量有了持续改进。
Objective: To explore the effect of improving the nursing management ability and management efficiency of nurses after improving the regular pattern of nurses. Methods: Since August 2013, our hospital has improved the traditional model of head nurse regular meeting, changed the form of the meeting, increased the number of participants and expanded the contents of the meeting. Results: After improving the nurse regular meeting pattern, the nurse manager’s nursing management efficiency and management ability, nursing information amount, nurse’s teaching ability and coordination among different departments have been improved. Conclusion: After improving the pattern of regular meeting of nurses, the comprehensive management ability of nurses has been effectively improved, and the quality of nursing has been continuously improved.
