随着经济高速发展,人民群众对周边生态环境的关注度越来越高,各个企业也愈发重视环境保护的工作内容,在此背景下矿山企业由于自身行业的特殊性和经济环境的影响,需要进行一系列的企业改革和利益结构调整,一部分企业存在困难职工的现象无法有效消除,这和奔向小康社会的大环境是非常不和谐的,受此影响,必须考虑采取积极措施解决困难职工的一系列问题,努力创造和谐稳定的企业发展环境,本文针对困难职工有关的一系列帮扶救助工作内容进行思考,希望解开当前环境下企业困难职工帮扶救助工作存在困扰,为更好的服务职工群众提供良好的思路。
