中心卫生院在人员、房屋、设备、技术等方面与一般乡镇卫生院相比具有一定的优势,但其发展速度与一般乡镇卫生院比较:谁快谁慢?其中心功能是否得到发挥?如何发挥?带着这些问题,笔者对某市5所中心卫生院和20所乡镇卫生院1984年和1990年的几项主要指标进行了调查,并做了对比,得出的结论是:该市中心卫生院的发展较一般卫生院缓慢,中心卫生院的“中心”功能没有得到发挥。
The central health center has certain advantages in terms of personnel, housing, equipment, and technology compared with other township health centers, but its development speed is compared with that of ordinary township health centers: who is faster or slower? With these questions, the author investigated several key indicators of 1984 and 1990 in 5 central health centers and 20 township and township hospitals in a city, and made a comparison. The conclusion reached was: The development of the hospital is slower than that of general hospitals, and the “center” function of the central hospital has not been used.
