目的:研究中药复方保肝宁治疗大鼠肝纤维化的作用,并探讨其作用机理。方法:采用40%CCl_4花生油溶液制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察保肝宁对大鼠血清中白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门氨酸转氨酶(AST)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘蛋白(LN)、前三型胶原(PⅢC)和四型胶原(CollagenⅣ)多项指标及组织病理学改变的影响。结果:保肝宁能显著降低大鼠血清中 GLB、ALT、HA、LN 和 Collagen Ⅳ的水平,并能减轻肝脏内炎症和胶原纤维增生程度。结论:保肝宁具有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Chinese herbal compound Baoganing on hepatic fibrosis in rats and to explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: Rat hepatic fibrosis model was prepared with 40% CCl_4 peanut oil solution. The serum albumin (ALB), globulin (GLB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and arginine aminotransferase (APA) in rats were observed. AST), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), precollagen III (PIIIC), and collagen IV (Collagen IV) markers and histopathological changes. Results: Baoganing significantly reduced the serum levels of GLB, ALT, HA, LN, and Collagen IV in rats, and reduced inflammation and collagen fibrosis in the liver. Conclusion: Baoganing has a good anti-fibrotic effect.
