韩国的有关医疗卫生法制管理工作基本上是从1963年以陆续执行四个有关法律开始。其一是“医疗保险法”,其二是“产业灾害补偿保险法”,其三是“劳动基准法”,其四是“产业安全保健法”。
South Korea’s medical and legal administrative work on health basically started from 1963 with the implementation of four relevant laws. One is the “Medical Insurance Law”, the other is the “Industrial Disaster Compensation Insurance Law,” the third is the “Labor Standards Law”, and the fourth is the “Industrial Safety and Health Law.”
