短木段熟料栽培黑木耳技术,是在传统段木栽培木耳技术的基础上,对木段进行高温灭菌处理,其工艺是:将准备好的段木截成12cm长短木段,套聚丙烯塑料筒,蒸汽灭菌,接种,室内菌丝培养,室外脱袋出耳,采收。与传统段木栽培法相比,增加了截断、套袋、灭菌、脱袋四道工序,但少了上堆发菌、散堆排场、起架管理三个劳动强度大的工序。 实践表明,一根直径1Ocm、长12cm的短木段,熟料栽培可产干耳50g,而一根直径1Ocm、长2m的段木,传统栽培最高产干耳380g,平均12cm长木段产干耳仅22.8g,产量明显低于短木段熟料栽培法。分析其高产原因:①木段经高温灭菌,杂菌被杀死,减少了木段营养的损失;②木段经高温熟化,营养物质外溢,等于增加了木耳利用率最高的边材营养,③室内培养,温度、湿度、光线可控制在菌丝生长最适范围,菌丝生长健壮,增强了抗性。该技术在白石山林业局琵河林场应用三年,取得了较好的经济、生态和社会效益,并为森
