本文介绍了120m~3高炉炉役后期采取增设炉底水冷管及钒钛矿护炉的措施,在确保安全生产的基础上,取得了炉役后期强化冶炼的较好技术经济指标。2001年5月,高炉有效容积利用系数达到3.257t(m~3·d)。
This paper introduces the measures of adding additional bottom water cooling pipes and vanadite retaining furnaces in the late stage of the 120m ~ 3 blast furnace, and obtains the better technical and economic indexes of strengthening smelting in the late stage of the furnace on the basis of ensuring safe production. In May 2001, the blast furnace effective volume utilization coefficient reached 3.257t (m ~ 3 · d).
