唾液腺的主要功能是分泌唾液,其各种疾病均会造成唾液腺功能的下降,特别是唾液腺的阻塞性疾病。本文综述了引起唾液腺功能下降的常见原因,以及目前唾液腺功能的评价方法,以期在临床上为唾液腺疾病的治疗疗效判断提供一些客观依据。
The main function of the salivary glands is the secretion of saliva, its various diseases will result in decreased salivary gland function, especially the salivary gland obstructive disease. This review summarizes the common causes of salivary gland function decline and the current assessment of salivary gland function in order to clinically provide some objective evidence for the treatment of salivary gland disease.
