我国对企业资源计划ERP系统的应用期限较短,暂时没有形成完整的企业资源计划ERP系统机制,部分公司不了解企业资源计划ERP系统的应有优势和实践作用,也不清楚如何运用企业资源计划ERP系统实现信息管理。针对以上问题,笔者将结合个人在公司的财务管理工作经验,具体分析企业资源计划ERP系统的应用构建和实施策略,意图减少企业资源计划ERP系统的应用缺陷,提高财务管理的效率,保证企业经济发展、利润增长,稳步实现长期发展规划。
