目的:探讨首乌活血方剂的抗衰老作用机制。方法:以D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老模型小鼠为研究对象,随机分为6组,分别为首乌活血胶囊高、中、低剂量组,模型组,阳性对照组及空白对照组。6周后,测定肝组织与脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及血清白介素6(IL-6)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,首乌活血胶囊可明显提高衰老模型小鼠肝组织与脑组织中SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,降低血清中IL-6的浓度。结论:首乌活血胶囊具有明显的抗衰老作用,其作用机理可能与提高SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,抗自由基生成及减轻免疫反应,延缓脏器病理损伤有关。
Objective: To explore the anti-aging mechanism of Shouwu Huoxue Prescription. METHODS: Sub-acute aging model mice induced by D-galactose were randomly divided into 6 groups: high, middle and low doses of Shouwu Huoxue Capsules, model group, positive control group and blank control group. After 6 weeks, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and serum interleukin 6 (IL-6) content in liver and brain tissues were measured. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, Shouwu Huoxue Capsule can significantly increase the activity of SOD in liver and brain tissues of aging mice, reduce the content of MDA, and decrease the concentration of IL-6 in serum. Conclusion: Shouwu Huoxue capsule has obvious anti-aging effects. Its mechanism may be related to the increase of SOD activity, decrease of MDA content, anti-free radical production and alleviation of immune response, and delay of organ pathological injury.
