市场经济的影响使得医院职工的思想面临着各种各样的冲击,医院工会在职工的思想政治工作方面则发挥了指导性作用,具有不可替代的重要地位。本文在简述了新时期医院工会职工思想政治工作要点的基础上,针对性地提出了发挥医院工会在职工思想政治工作中的作用的建议,主张增强工会参政、议政意识;建好职工之家,增强单位凝聚力;关心职工生活,为职工办实事、办好事;关心群众疾苦,维护职工的合法权益;切实加强工会组织建设,建设高素质工会干部队伍。
The influence of market economy makes the thinking of hospital staff face various impacts.
