根据胆囊收缩特点及胆汁属性提出了收缩胆囊内胆汁流动的数学模型,采用SIMPLER算法计算了活体胆囊收缩时胆汁流动的速度分布及压力分布。计算结果表明,胆囊收缩时,囊内出口附近区域存在明显的S型旋涡区域,该区域的存在有可能是形成胆囊结石的重要条件。
Based on the characteristics of gallbladder contraction and bile properties, a mathematical model for the contraction of gallbladder was proposed. The velocity distribution and pressure distribution of bile flow were calculated by SIMPLER algorithm. The calculated results show that there is obvious S-shaped vortex region near the exit of the capsule when the gallbladder contracts, and the presence of this region may be an important condition for the formation of gallstone.
