以圆柱螺旋立铣刀铣削过程物理特性为研究对象 ,考虑机床主轴偏心和刀杆静态、动态变形等因素的影响 ,建立了一种新的柔性螺旋立铣刀数控铣削过程表面创成物理模型 ;在此基础上 ,给出一种数控铣削三维表面形貌高效仿真算法和仿真算例
Taking the physical characteristics of the milling process of the cylindrical spiral mill as the research object, a new physical model of the surface of the flexible spiral mill end milling CNC milling was established considering the influence of the eccentricity of the machine tool spindle, the static state of the cutter bar and the dynamic deformation. On this basis, an efficient simulation algorithm and simulation example of three-dimensional surface topography of CNC milling are given
