思想政治教育工作队伍是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的组织保证。大学生思想政治教育工作队伍主体是学校政工干部、共青团干部、思想政治理论课和哲学社会科学课教师、辅导员及班主任。但长期以来,思想政治教师与政治辅导员各自为政,形成了教学管理与学生管理“两张皮”的现象。为了整合两支队伍的资源、形成合力、优势互补,笔者所在的学校实行了“思教、学工联动,知行合一”的育人新模式的有益探索。试图通过对该模式进行分析、思考并对存在的问题提出对策研究。
The work team of ideological and political education is the organizational guarantee to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students. Ideological and political education of college students team is the main political cadres of the school, Communist Youth League cadres, ideological and political theory classes and teachers of philosophy and social science classes, counselors and class teacher. For a long time, however, ideological and political teachers and political counselors came together on their own initiative and formed a phenomenon of “two skins” of teaching management and student management. In order to integrate the resources of the two teams, to form a concerted effort and complement each other’s strengths, the author’s school implemented a useful exploration of the new model of educating people who think, teach, learn, and work together. Attempt to analyze the model, think and put forward the countermeasure research to the existing problem.
