记者手记:认识爱迪亚是在2008年。那时它是烟酰胺行业的一匹黑马,猝不及防闯进众人视线。在那之前,烟酰胺产品是我国维生素企业最难突破的品种之一,产业资源垄断,市场被瑞士龙沙等公司占有。爱迪亚的出现曾掀起了整个行业的热议狂潮。《中国畜牧杂志》也为此专门采访了爱迪亚的总经理应国海先生。尽管此后有业内人士判断,中国本土企业生产烟酰胺还不具备竞争优势,但这并不影响爱迪亚曾经掀起的波澜。三年后的今天,烟酰胺行业俨然已成另外一种景观,新企业不断涌现,老厂家纷纷扩产,市场格局已悄然改变,烟酰胺市场的蛋糕被重新分割已是不容置疑的事实。作为本土烟酰胺企业的代表,爱迪亚再一次吸引了《中国畜牧杂志》的关注,我们对应国海先生进行了第二次追踪采访。采访尚未结束,笔者就决定采用“依然烟酰胺”作为此次专访的题目。这一题目的灵感来源于周杰伦的两张专辑。2001年,周杰伦出版一张专辑,名为《范特西》(英文Fantasy的音译,意思是幻想、想象、狂想)。2006年,周杰伦另一张专辑出版,命名为《依然范特西》,以表明自己对音乐风格、音乐理念的坚持。本文的主旨即为坚持。
