包钢高炉冶炼含碱金属(K_2O+Na_2O)相当高的白云鄂博矿石,入炉碱负荷逐年升高.1981年以来,碱负荷高达10~13公斤/吨铁,给高炉冶炼带来一系列困难.本文应用数理统计方法,查明渣铁中某些成分与炉渣含碱量之间的相关关系,从中引出规律,以便从高炉操作制度入手,有效地控制碱害,防止高炉结瘤.作者对包钢2~#高炉1981年8月至1982年8月(1981年12月~1982年3月除外)共九个月的242组正常生产数据进行数理统计,找出了炉渣含碱量与渣铁某些成分之间的相关关系,据此适当调整,可以保证高炉正常冶炼,生产合格生铁.
