日本川崎钢铁公司在汽车用钢板的开发过程中 ,始终将提高高强度钢板的成型性等各种性能作为开发目标。代表性的例子就是开发出喷漆烘烤后屈服强度和抗拉强度都提高的 BHT钢板和通过动态再结晶细化晶粒提高拉伸性能和扩孔性的超 HSLA钢板。这两种钢板都是以 1 995年投产的千叶厂第三热轧车间的新技术为基础 ,利用全新的金属学原理对钢组织进行高精度控制开发出的产品
Kawasaki Steel Co., Ltd., Japan, has always been focusing on developing various properties such as the formability of high-strength steel sheets during the development of automotive steel sheets. A representative example is the development of BHS steel sheets with improved yield strength and tensile strength after paint baking and ultra-HSLA steel sheets with tensile properties and hole expandability by grain refinement by dynamic recrystallization.
