培养高素质的中青年领导干部是我党的一项重要任务。社会转折时期中青年的领导干部的素质有积极的一方面 ,也有消极的一面。新世纪对中青年领导干部的素质提出很高的要求 ,因此 ,选拔与培养高素质中青年领导干部应采取一系列的新方式与新对策。
It is an important task for our party to cultivate high-quality middle-aged and young leading cadres. The quality of the leading cadres of young and middle-aged in the turning-point of the society has both positive and negative qualifications. The new century places high demands on the quality of middle-aged and young leading cadres. Therefore, a series of new approaches and new tactics should be adopted in selecting and training high-quality middle-aged and young leading cadres.
