2009年3月22日11时58分许,在位于西安市阎良区润天大道西侧的西安飞机设计研究所锅炉房增容改造项目建设工地,现场施工人员在进行烟道支撑模板拆除作业时,烟道突然整体坍塌,造成7名现场施工人员伤亡,其中2人死亡,2人重伤,3人轻伤。
