In this study, we observed that myocardial perfusion with 10 ~ (-9) mol / L endothelin induced cardiac contractility, decreased cardiac function, decreased coronary perfusion, and accumulation of Ca ~ (2+) in the rat cardiac perfusion model. Mg ~ (2+) loss and other performance. The perfusion fluid containing low magnesium (0.12mmol / L) endothelin significantly increased the role of the heart, and with high magnesium (4.8mmol / L) was significantly reduced. The mechanism by which Mg ~ (2+) affects the effect of endothelin on the heart may be related to the inhibition of Ca ~ (2+) influx in myocardium. The results suggest that magnesium deficiency can be avoided and proper supplementation of Mg ~ (2+) may be of clinical significance in the prevention and treatment of cardiac damage during the process of pathological process with increased circulating endothelin.
