解放军各总部、各军兵种、军事科学院、国防大学、国防科学技术大学、各军区、军委办公厅和武警部队分别召开党代表大会或党代表会议,选举产生出席党的十八大代表300名。解放军和武警部队出席党的十八大代表,是严格按照党章和中央关于做好代表选举工作的要求选举产生的。在代表候选人初步人选的推荐提名和代表的正式选举过程中,坚持了党的民主集中制原则,充分发扬了党内民主。
The PLA headquarters, all arms, military academy of sciences, national defense university, national university of science and technology of defense, military region, general office of the military commission and armed police force respectively held the party congress or the party congress, and elected 300 delegates to the party’s eighteen delegates.
