运用社会测量法对国防生所在部队官兵及四川大学、成都信息工程学院等8所高校已毕业国防生、在校国防生共1402个样本进行问卷调查,同时对部分样本进行访谈。调查结果发现:部队官兵对国防生整体培养质量较为认可;受访者总体对国防生的军事素质和实践能力最不认可;受访者总体对现有国防生教育培养体系中创新精神和实践能力培养的满意度最低;国防生报考动机较为端正,但学习效果不好。因此,提高国防生教育培养质量,要针对上述问题找到可行性对策。
Social surveys were conducted on 1402 samples of national defense students and 8 national defense students graduated from Sichuan University and Chengdu Information Engineering Institute from Sichuan University and the Chengdu Institute of Information Engineering. At the same time, some samples were interviewed. The survey found that the officers and soldiers of the armed forces are more generally recognized as the overall quality of training for national defense students; the respondents are the most unacceptable for the military quality and practical ability of national defense students; the respondents are generally not satisfied with the innovative spirit and practical ability in the current national defense education and training system The satisfaction of training is the lowest; national defense examination motivation is more correct, but the learning effect is not good. Therefore, to improve the quality of national defense education and training, we should find a feasible solution to the above problems.
