在总结2004年需求侧管理工作成功经验的基础上,结合上海市政府有关2005年错避峰工作的要求和2005年夏季电力供需形势,对今后需求侧管理工作提出了思考和认识。介绍了上海电力公司制订的2005年迎峰度夏需求侧管理的4项措施。
On the basis of summing up the successful experience of demand side management in 2004 and considering the request of Shanghai municipal government for avoiding peak work in 2005 and the situation of power supply and demand in summer of 2005, this paper puts forward some thoughts and understandings on the demand side management in the future. This article introduced four measures of summer demand side management in 2005 formulated by Shanghai Electric Power Company.
