体外预应力技术施工方便、经济可靠,能有效地提高现有桥梁承载能力、改善结构性能,因而在加固既有桥梁中广为应用。该文以洣水大桥为工程背景,根据桥梁的受力特点,采用有限单元法进行理论计算。通过对体外预应力加固全过程进行现场施工监控,分析比较结构的应力、挠度改变量等的理论值和实测值。结果表明:采用体外预应力技术加固后,底板压应力储备提高,桥梁线形有所改善,达到了加固设计要求。
External prestressing technology is easy to construct, economical and reliable, can effectively improve the carrying capacity of existing bridges and improve the structural performance, so it is widely used in strengthening existing bridges. Based on the engineering background of Huangshui Bridge, this paper uses the finite element method to carry out the theoretical calculation according to the mechanical characteristics of the bridge. Through on-site construction monitoring of the whole process of external prestressing reinforcement, the theoretical and measured values of structural stress and deflection change are analyzed and compared. The results show that the compressive stress of the bottom plate is improved and the bridge shape is improved after the reinforcement by external prestressing technology, which meets the requirements of reinforcement design.
