混凝土碳化或氯离子侵入混凝土都能导致混凝土中钢筋发生腐蚀 ,而氯离子腐蚀钢筋引起的后果更为严重。防止和减缓钢筋腐蚀是改善和提高混凝土结构耐久性的主要途径。防止和治理钢筋腐蚀的方法很多 ,但在经济和技术上都有局限性。研究了用除盐法直接排除混凝土中的氯离子 ,对混凝土中的钢筋腐蚀进行治理的原理 ,介绍了除盐法的工艺及应用效果 ,分析比较了除盐法与其它电化学方法的防治效果 ,讨论了除盐对结构受力性能的影响等。
Concrete carbonation or chloride ion intrusion into the concrete can lead to corrosion of steel in the concrete, while the corrosion caused by chloride ion is even more serious. Preventing and slowing the corrosion of reinforcement is the main way to improve and enhance the durability of concrete structure. There are many ways to prevent and manage the corrosion of steel bars, but there are limitations both economically and technically. In this paper, the principle of eliminating chloride ion in concrete by direct desalting method and controlling the corrosion of steel bar in concrete are studied. The desalting method and application effect are introduced. The effect of desalting method and other electrochemical methods is analyzed and compared , Discussed the effect of desalting on the mechanical properties of the structure.
