工业锅炉是生产中最为重要的动力来源之一,为推动行业的发展有着突出贡献。同时工业锅炉也是耗能大户,大量未被有效利用的热能不仅造成了能源浪费,而且对环境形成热污染。本文针对工业锅炉总体热效率不高的现状,从锅炉热平衡节能的角度出发,论述了提高热效率的各种措施,对于企业生产的节能降耗具有重要的指导意义。
Industrial boilers are one of the most important sources of power in production and have made outstanding contributions to the development of the industry. At the same time, industrial boilers are also energy-hungry. The large amount of heat that is not effectively utilized not only causes energy waste but also creates thermal pollution to the environment. In view of the current situation that the overall thermal efficiency of industrial boilers is not high, this paper discusses various measures to improve the thermal efficiency from the point of view of thermal balance and energy saving of the boilers, which has important guiding significance for the energy saving of production.
