目的评价细胞膜脂质流动性在肺结核与肺癌鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法采用荧光标记技术测定细胞膜脂质流动性。结果肺结核和肺癌支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)淋巴细胞膜脂质流动性分别为8.598±2.987和27.208±3.14,二者相比有显著差异(P<0.01);肺结核治疗前后BALF淋巴细胞膜脂质流动性分别为8.598±2.987和2.818±0.218,二者相比差异明显(P<0.01)。结论细胞膜脂流动性的测定有助于肺结核与肺癌的鉴别,并可成为评价肺结核治疗效果的指标。
Objective To evaluate the value of cell membrane lipid fluidity in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer. Methods Fluorescence labeling was used to determine the lipid mobility of cell membrane. Results The lipid fluidity of bronchial alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer was 8.598 ± 2.987 and 27.208 ± 3.14, respectively (P <0.01). Before and after the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, the lipid flow in the BALF lymphocytes Respectively, 8.598 ± 2.987 and 2.818 ± 0.218, respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion The determination of cell membrane lipid fluidity is helpful for the identification of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer and may be used as an index to evaluate the therapeutic effect of tuberculosis.
